We Move Different!
How? Find out what we do and how we do it, right here!
We offer timeless, durable and unique aluminum sloeps for Indonesia and Asia.
These sloeps have been designed in the Netherlands by Michiel van Vossen of
Van Vossen Tenders, who has been building boats for many years.
We are now building our first T-Sloep in Bandung, West Java in Indonesia.
Why aluminum?
Marine grade aluminum offers several advantages for boat construction, including lightweight yet strong material properties, which enhance fuel efficiency and speed.
It is also corrosion-resistant, particularly when treated or anodized, which extends the lifespan of the vessel.
Additionally, aluminum is easy to work with, allowing for versatile designs and easier repairs. Its recyclability also makes it an environmentally friendly option, contributing to sustainable boating practices.
We use a different temper (firmness) for our aluminum then is used for most aluminum boats made in Indonesia.
The temper we use will not cause the aluminum to crack on the edges, when placed under high pressure! This ensures that you can enjoy your T-Sloep a lot longer.....
A new view on recreation...
Bringing T-Sloeps to Indonesia creates a unique opportunity for enhancing tourism and recreation in the country's picturesque waterways, the many rivers and lakes across the archipelago. Imagine feeling the breeze, enjoying nature, going fishing or just relaxing and eating with friends.
For any inquiries about our aluminum sloeps, specific requests, or to explore the possibilities, please feel free to reach out to us. We take pride in manufacturing aluminum boats in Indonesia, ensuring that our products embody the precision and quality of Dutch craftsmanship.
Electric or Diesel engines?
Electric engines:
- quieter
- produce no emissions while in use
- typically require less maintenance
- environmentally friendly
- short to medium-range trips
- limited range
- longer charging times.
Diesel and gasoline engines::
- greater power
- longer range
- faster refueling
- ideal for extended voyages and larger vessels
- They produce emissions
- Can be noisier
- Generally require more maintenance.
- Diesel engines also produce more vibration throughout the aluminum vessel.
Ultimately, the decision should be based on your specific needs and preferences, contact us to discuss you wishes.
